Return & Cancellation Policy

Managing Your Subscription

Monthly or Annual Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time by logging in by clicking the “MY ACCOUNT” button at the top of the page. Once logged in, choose “My Acount Info” from the sidebar and then clicking on the “Manage My Subscription” tab.  



Refunds for cancellation to an Annual Subscription will be pro-rated at the Monthly Subscription price. Cancelling your subscription will not remove your account, only the recurring billing. You will still be able to use the Free Inspiration service and “Pay as You Go” for our Ignited Inspiration Video Cards with premium features. Refunds on an Ignited Inspiration premium “Pay as You Go” single send are offered only in cases where technical difficulties were experienced and were unable to be resolved.
